Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. supports qualified homecare caregivers to do the extraordinary everyday.

After 50 years of service, Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. has learned that we must provide qualified caregivers who are highly trained through our home care agency.  Our caregivers must be able to have the skills to perform the task at hand and still be able to be nurturing and diligent, while taking care of our clients.

Using the newest in technology to thoroughly screen our Caregivers, we obtain both federal and state criminal background checks.  After verification of their credentials, they then complete competency testing.  When we are satisfied that the Caregiver meets the criteria we have as a Home Care Agency, we carefully match each qualified Caregiver with the needs of our clients.  Once you feel satisfied with the Home Care Plan and the qualified caregiver, we will continue to work with you to assess the client’s needs and periodically review and update the Home Care Plan – so your loved ones always receive the optimal care.

All of our qualified caregivers are not only thoroughly screened, but are also bonded and insured.

Our proud history

More than 50 years ago, Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. was considered pioneers of the Home Care Agency. Today, Home Care is a very competitive business, leaving clients with many questions on which agency is the best Home Care Agency for themselves or their loved ones.

Although I have always been sensitive to my client’s needs and their care, I gained a new found appreciation for the interview process I go through with my clients by personal experience with my own mother.

At Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. we have always prided ourselves on maintaining a fantastic case management process, so I have to say that when I myself had to rely on asking the right questions to access my mothers success and failures, I found myself filled with frustration.

I realize more than ever now, how very important the weekly or monthly reports are to my clients! Our agency reports on every phase of our client’s progress or decline, so the family members can seek medical attention immediately when necessary. I guess I thought that if I did this, so would all other agencies. How disappointed I was to find this wasn’t true! If I didn’t ask the right questions of my mother’s caregivers then I may just miss something crucial.

Each year I renew my promise and passion to this Home Care Agency! I will always remember that I am responsible not only to my client’s safety and happiness, but their family’s piece of mind.

The members of our leadership team are committed to providing high-quality home care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).

Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly-trained qualified caregivers. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth disease-specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.

Margaret Popp

President

Margaret Popp founded Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. in 1968.  She continues to manage the agency after 50 years, with the same commitment to excellence.

Though the industry has changed over the years, Margaret has maintained the excellent reputation her family owned and operated Home Care Agency has earned.

Teresa Popp

Executive Director

Teresa Popp has been with Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. for almost 4 decades.

Over the years, her responsibilities have changed, but her passion for the business has not.  She enjoys working with clients to customize the care for themselves or their loved ones.

Joseph Popp

Account Executive

Joseph Popp is an Account Executive and has been with Guardian Angels of Home Health, Inc. for 30 years.
